Classes

Currently, reformer Pilates classes are full. I am excepting private clients only (1:1 sessions). Please complete the interest form below with your information, you’ll receive of a confirmation of receipt, and then you will be contacted based on your availability. The studio is open during limited hours at this time because I work full-time outside of the studio. Typically, sessions and classes are on weekdays 2-5pm and Sunday mornings.

Have you done Pilates on apparatuses (Reformer, Cadillac, etc) before?

If you do not have experience, then you will need to attend a minimum 2 private 1:1 sessions.

What are your preferred days & times for taking classes?

List the days and times you’d like to attend regular sessions or list days and times you are not available. If you are looking for a specific date and time (you’re visiting the area and only wish to attend once or twice), then list the day and time(s) you’ll be available.

Do you have any current injuries or medical history that limits your mobility?
